1) Can I use this CO2 Kit with timer so that I don’t have to manually turn ON/ OFF daily?

• YES, u have to get Mini CO2 Regulator Kit and CO2 Solenoid + Power Supply. Then plug it on timer. ( Purchase separately)

2) Do the CO2 solenoid able to do setting via My Chihiros Apps?

• NO, it do not have this function.

3) What is the different between Chihiros Bubble Counter VS normal bubble counter?

• Chihiros Bubble counter have a small hole design on the body which design for refill water by syringe. So you don’t have to open up the whole bubble counter when need to refill the water inside. SAVE YOUR TIME ~

Note : Chihiros Bubble Counter NOT ABLE TO USE with Chihiros Mini CO2 Kit without Chihiros CO2 Solenoid + Power Supply.

4) What should I do when the 3pcs CO2 Cartridge finish?

• Purchase replacement CO2 cartridge. [ You can get in another product posting in our shop, If u cannot find. Chat our lovely customer service ^.< ]

Warranty Details 

1. CO2 Solenoid warranty covers up to 1 year against manufacturing defects.
2. Power adapter warranty cover up to 3 months against manufacturing defects.
3. Warranty void for water damage on any device.

• Spare parts such as adapters are available to purchase upon request after the warranty period ends.
• We do not cover warranty for Chihiros products that are not purchased from us.
• Faulty products will need to be returned to us to inspect before claiming a warranty. Repair works will be performed which take times around 3-14 days or longer depends on the situation. Both postage charges cover by the buyer.

Remarks: Functional tests will be run on this product before delivery, hence the seal of the product’s packaging will be opened.
