1. IF YOU NEED WARRANTY, PLEASE SELECT “6 months warranty” option and check out with your products.
2. 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects for issues caused by faulty design that the scraper is unable to remove the algae from glass.
3. Damages caused by human errors, wear and tear or wrong installations.
4. Scraper blades(wear and tear) are not covered in warranty scopes.
5. Faulty products will need to be returned to us to do an inspection before claiming a warranty. Repair works will be performed which take times around 3-7 days or longer depends on the situation. Both postage charges cover by the buyer.
